John has been an active and contributing member of the field of international education for over 20 years, including 17 years with CAPA. He is a committed member of several professional organizations including NAFSA, The Association of International Educators, The Forum on Education Abroad as well as a recognized leader and trainer in education abroad administration and health and safety management for education abroad.

David Enda

Vice President of Institutional Relations & Marketing, CAPA The Global Education Network

David oversees partnership development and outreach. He is instrumental in strategy, enrollment, and growth of all CAPA Program Models.

David began his international education career with CAPA in 2002 building custom faculty-led programs with our partner institutions. David became Vice President of Institutional Relations in 2007, and over the next 7 years served in a number of different leadership roles including Vice President of US Operations and Vice President of Marketing. David also served on CAPA’s Board of Directors. Additionally, David has always been active in the field, presenting numerous times over the years at conferences such as NAFSA, CIEE, and GIC.

Nora Larkin
Nora Larkin
Assistant Manager of Institutional Relations

Nora joined CAPA in 2013, and works with CAPA partner institutions in New England and manages projects and processes of the institutional relations team. Outside of CAPA, she participates in regional activities as the Secretary for NAFSA Region XI and as a regular presenter at conferences and returnee events Nora is also a member of CAPA’s Diversity Committee, and has contributed to recent literature on the topic as a guest editor for the Special Issue on Religion and Study Abroad of Frontiers: The Interdisciplinary Journal of Study Abroad and in CAPA’s Occasional Publication on Civil Rights and Inequalities. Previously, Nora held positions as an English teaching assistant in Salzburg, Austria and at IES Abroad. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where she studied International Affairs, European Cultural Studies, and German, and is currently pursuing a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University.

Claire has been with CAPA for six years. As London Center Director and Director of Global Program Services, she supports all Global Resident Directors and ensures standardization of program and student services. Originally from London, she earned a B.Ed in Education and English at the University of Southampton. Trained as a teacher, Claire has always worked in international education. She rides motorcycles and plays tennis in her spare time.

Direct Enroll Advisor

Mary has been with CAPA since 2016, first as Admissions Advisor and currently as the Direct Enroll Advisor. She provides support to students from the start of their application in until they arrive at our programs. Originally from Maine, Mary attended Salve Regina University in Rhode Island to study Sociology and Anthropology. Despite loving historical Newport, Mary spent a semester in Florence, Italy.

Julia joined the Institutional Relations team in 2016 to enhance customized programming options and develop and consult with overseas staff and Institutional Relations Managers on unique options available to students. Originally from the California, Julia holds a BA from Claremont McKenna College and a MA from Tulane University. Her experiences studying abroad started at a young age, when Julia went to attended elementary school exchanges in Japan. She has also lived in France for two years and speaks Japanese and French.
